Day (1) Arrival Yangon (by)
Arrive by morning flight to Yangon International airport and transfer to the hotel for check-in. After that city tour starts to Chaukhtatkyi Pagoda, a colossal reclining Buddha image, the centre of town, at the Sule Pagoda, not a very significant pagoda but it is at the centre of the town with Mahabandoola Park with Independence Monument and National Museum. And you can go round the surrounding with the interesting historical buildings of government, high courts & post office on the other side. You will walk around the square, the garden & the colonial building along the street full of people & traffic. In the evening, go to the holiest site for Myanmar Buddhist, the Shwedagon pagoda for sunset. Overnight at the hotel in Yangon.

Day (2) Yangon-Bagan (by flight)
Breakfast at hotel. Morning transfer to airport for flight to Nyaung Oo for Bagan.Morning sightseeing tour includes: Nyaung Oo colourful Market, Shwezigon Pagoda a prototype of later Myanmar stupa. Then to Wetkyi-in Gubyaukkyi Temple with fine mural pain-tings of Jataka scenes. After that transfer to hotel for check-in. Afternoon bring you to a lacquer ware industry and see how to produce a quality lacquer ware. In Myanmar, the origins of the lacquer seems to come from Bagan about 12th - 13th century. Continue your tour by visiting Manuha Temple with gigantic Buddha images, a captive king's impression of life in prison; Nanpaya, an Early-style temple with the finest stone carvings, Ananda Temple, an architectural masterpiece resembling a Greek Cross and Shwesandaw Pagoda for the beautiful sunset. Day (3) Bagan (by car)
After breakfast, today tour highlight by horse carriage are: Shwe Gukyi temple for panoramic morning beauty of old Bagan area. Here you will have the chance to study the ruin palace site of Bagan. Visit to the highest temple of Bagan “Thatbyinnyu”, Dhammayangyi, a massive temple with the finest brickwork, Sulamuni temple where you can see fine frescos from 18th century Kone Baung era and it also has a beautiful back round history so make sure you get that. 
Afternoon visiting begins with Minnan- Thu village to see the typical Myanmar style of village life. Then proceed to Lay Myathna and Phaya Thonezu Temple and have a stroll among the ruin temple. Overview of Bagan temple from nearby temple called Tayoke Pyay. Overnight at the hotel in Bagan.

Day(4) Bagan-Mt. Popa-Bagan (by car)
After early breakfast at hotel, excursion to Popa which rises 1518 meter from the flat surroundings. It is a core of an extinct volcano and believed to be the abode of the legendary “Nats” or the spirit Gods. On the way back to Bagan, en route stop at Toddy filed to observe how to make Jaggery, Toddy Juice and Peanut Oil. Overnight at the hotel in Bagan.

Day (5) Bagan-Mandalay (by flight)

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transfer to airport for flight to Mandalay. On arrival to Tada-Oo International Airport, you will be proceeding to famous Mahamuni Pagoda, one of the most sacred Buddha Image in Mandalay. Then a short visit to Gold leafs making industry. Check-in at hotel. Afternoon sightseeing that begins with Shwenandaw Monastery, noted for its exquisite wood carvings; Kuthodaw Pagoda, known as the World's Biggest Book for its stone slabs of Buddhist scriptures, Mandalay Hill, a vantage point for a panoramic view of the city and a spectacular sunset view. It is worthy to have a stroll up the hill enjoying panoramic views from different location. Overnight at the hotel in Mandalay.

Day (6) Mandalay-Mingun-Mandalay ( by boat )
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Mayanchan jetty to take the day return private chartered boat trip to Mingun. Worth visit pleases at Mingun are Mingun Pagoda: the biggest brick pile or the biggest unfinished pagoda, Mingun bell : the biggest ringing bell in the world and outstanding shape Mya Thein Tan pagoda : The Taj Mahal of Myanmar.  Then return by boat to Mandalay. A boat trip to Mingun is pleasant with plenty of life on the river to see and you will be enjoy the most memorable sunset scene by strolling along Ayarwaddy (Irrawaddy) rive bank. Then visit Zey Cho Market.  Overnight at The hotel in Mandalay.

Day (7) Mandalay- Amarapura – Ava – Sagaing – Mandalay
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport for flight to Mandalay. Arrive Mandalay airport and direct visit to ancientcapital Amarapura, old royal city before Mandalay. Tour highlights are Maha-gandayon Monastery  (Buddhist University); U Bein Wooden Bridge, over 150 years long wooden bridge and silk weaving industry. Then proceed to Ava (Inwa), once a royal capital for four times which is visited by horse cart, to visit Bagaya Monastery, Nanmyint Watch Tower and Maha Aungmye Bonzan brick monastery. In the afternoon   sightseeing's in Sagaing are Ywataung Village, well-known for its silver craftsmen;  Kaunghmudaw, an enormous solid dome-shaped pagoda; and picturesque Sagaing Hills, offer panoramic view of the valleys and a retreat for Buddhist saints. After that drive back to Mandalay.Overnight at the hotel in Mandalay.

Day (8) Mandalay- Heho-Inle Lake (by flight / car/ boat)
Breakfast at hotel. Morning transfer to airport for flight to Heho. Then drive and transfer to hotel by boat. Tour excursion on the lake: leg-rowers are the most famous attraction in the region, floating gardens, Phaungdawoo Pagoda, Ngaphaechaung Monastery , blacksmith, silk and cotton weaving factories, silver smith, cheroot Industry and boat making factory etc,  Overnight at the hotel in Inle.

Day (9) Inle Lake Sightseeing 
Breakfast at hotel. Today morning visit very famous of colorful Mine Thaut 5 day market. You will see hill tribes trading their farm products of vegetables, fruits, sun dried tea leaves, art, works of wooden sculpture with their unique style in a bustling atmosphere.Then visit Indein village, located at the western side of the lake. Passing Nyaung Ohak Monastery and follow a stair path lined up with many hundreds o wooden columns, you finally will reach the impressive Shwe Indein Pa-O complex. From the hillside you have great view over the lake area. On the way back to the boat, walk through a romantic bamboo forest at the riverside, where you may observe local people having a bath. on the way you can visit Myaynigone village and Lotus fiber weaving factory (Ann's). Overnight at the hotel in Inle.

Day (10) Inle Lake-Heho-Yangon (by flight/ car)
Early morning after breakfast, morning transfer to airport for fly back to Yangon. Today sightseeing feature in Yangon: Botahtaung Pagoda, a famous landmark on Yangon's waterfront; Nanthida Jetty and you will see people coming and going for work on other side of the Yangon River. Then stroll along the Strand Road to see the colonial style buildings, china town for fruit & colorful market and ways of life. Overnight at the hotel in Yangon.


Day (11) Yangon-Mt. Kyaikhtiyo (by car/by open truck)
After early breakfast at hotel, morning drive to Kyaikhtiyo. On the way visit the Allied War Cemetery at Htaukkyant near Yangon. The  continue to Kyaikhtiyo ( the Golden Rock ) about 160 km from Yangon, stands on a gilded boulder precariously perched on the edge of a hill.  Our coach has to stop at Kinpun Base camp.  From there we have to use an open truck which is normally used for hilly track up to the hermit “Yathae Hill”.  On arrival at the hermit “Yathae Hill”, they will have to trek about one hour up hill.  It can also reach by trekking from the base camp. 
Overnight at the hotel in Mt. Kyaikhtiyo.

Day (12) Kyaikhtiyo-Bago-Yangon (by open truck/by car) 
After breakfast, return by coach to Yangon.  En route visit at Bago, the ancient Mon Capital, 80 Kilometers northeast of Yangon. Sightseeing tour highlights include in Bago: Bago colorful market to observe the ways of life of local people, Shwemawdaw Pagoda, one of the most venerated pagodas in Myanmar, Kanbawzathadi Palace, Shwethalyaung, the world’s most beautiful Reclining Buddha; Mahazedi Pagoda, Wood curving and cheroot making industry, Kyaikpun Pagoda, four huge Buddha Image sitting back to back and Chinese temple. Then drive back to Yangon. Overnight at the hotel in Yangon.

Day (13) Departure Yangon (by flight) 
Breakfast at hotel. Today shopping in Bogyoke (Scott) Market with more than 2000 shops selling all kinds of products but of special mention is the beautiful exotic “Shan Bag” velvet slippers, lacquer ware and all sorts of 
handicraft and also visit to the souvenir shops. Then transfer to international airport for your departure flight.
